Your request concerns
You can track the progress of your order on our website, under the "My Account" section, then "My Orders".
When your order is dispatched, an email will be sent to you with a tracking link so you can also follow its progress.
We are pleased to offer free delivery on your order from £150 for delivery in mainland France and £200 for delivery in Europe, Switzerland and the French overseas territories. Delivery charges are £30 for the rest of the world.
For any order under £150, delivery charges within France are as follows:
- £4.50 for delivery to a collection point (Colissimo or Mondial Relais)
- £7 for Colissimo home delivery
- £9 for Chronopost next-day delivery for any order placed Monday to Thursday before 12pm. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday afternoon for delivery the following day.
